Lynn Munro Bradley

Lynn Munro Bradley 88 passed away peacefully, with his family by his side Saturday evening at Stone Croft Health Campus. He was born in Leonard Missouri to Otis and Elizabeth Bradley and was the youngest of his five siblings. His family were farmers and lived off the land. He took a correspondence course in Radio Engineering and learned his trait. He was a DJ for several radio stations across the Midwest before he was promoted to radio engineer. He worked for WTTS/WTTV, in Bloomington Indiana for 19 years and then transferred to the Indiana State Police Department in Indianapolis where he worked on their radios in the State Police Cars. He loved his job and did it well. Lynn was a Christian man that loved the Lord. He was an avid member of the North Central Church of Christ where he served in various areas. He was a Sunday School teacher, led communion, occasionally preached, led prayers and taught the Senior Seeks Bible Class. He was enjoying his retirement for the last 18 years. He loved writing about the LORD, he wrote three books and hundreds of articles on-line. He also enjoyed watching the classic westerns and mysteries on television. He also loved the St. Louis Cardinals and the IU Hoosiers. Lynn leaves behind four children, Sylvia Lynnette Branam (Larry), Joe Dale Bradley (Anne), Sonya Jannette Bradley, and Benjamin Kirk Bradley (Diane). He had six grandchildren, Toni (Jeremy) Guyton, Bradley Branam (Brooke), Stephen and Lydia Bradley, Taylor and Benjamin Bradley and five great-grandchildren, Audri, Julian and Jonah Guyton and Mason and Waylon Branam. He is also leaving four step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews across the United States. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Geraldine (Gerry) Bradley, his siblings and parents. A celebration of life will be held at North Central Church of Christ at 11:00am on Thursday, November 21, 2019. Family will receive visitors at 10:30 to service time. A private burial will be held for the family on Wednesday. Allen Funeral Home and Crematory have been entrusted with arrangements.
