Madonna Kay Campbell-Conti

Our awesome, loving Madonna has recently passed away on July 26, 2020. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 19, 1964 She moved to Florida after graduating high school and became a Floridian for approximately 30 years till she moved “back home” to Indiana. The love of Madonnas life was her son, Jesse James. She loved him more than life. She was so proud of him. She just knew that “he was the most handsome young man around!” Madonna was part of a very large family. (8 siblings) Nothing meant more to her in life than Jesse and her very large family. She dedicated her life to serving others. Her kindness & thoughtfulness & huge loving nature would light up a room. She touched the lives of all who knew her. She has always been very memorable to anyone who crosses her path. Madonna was in the entertainment and event planning/organizing business most of her adult life. She was the best at her places of employment. Her attitude and fun lovable disposition made working for her a joy. (Testaments of many) And she loved her occupation. She was definitely a people person. As they say, “She never met a stranger.” Madonna was loved greatly by her family and she will be missed more than she’ll ever know. Madonna leaves behind her son Jesse James. Her mother, Mildred Campbell. Her 3 sisters, Betty Hawkins, Debbie Crutchfield (Ronnie), & Jackie McDonald (Len). Her 4 brothers, Don Campbell, Bill Campbell (Paula), Terry Campbell, & John Campbell. She was preceded in death by her father Bill Campbell Sr. & her brother, Ted Campbell. Funeral info: Graveside service at: Clear Creek Cemetery at 2:00p.m. Located at : W. Church Ln., Bloomington, Indiana 47403. Celebration of Life service following graveside service at 3:00. Located at: Grace Baptist Church 2320N. Smith Pk. Bloomington, IN 47404 Additional info: Masks are required and will be supplied if you do not have one. There is a 75 person limit. Family first then others admitted. There are areas outside of sanctuary at the church to congregate.
