Ruby I. Shiflet, age 85 of Bloomington, passed away late Saturday night, July 19, at the Golden Living Center with her loving family surrounding her. She was born August 31, 1928 in Greene County, Indiana to Ray Carmichael and Addie Floyd Carmichael.
