Bernadine Pardue

Bernadine Pardue, 88, of Bloomington, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at IU Health Bloomington Hospice House. She was born on December 26, 1933, in Nashville, Indiana; the daughter of Claude and Thelma (Kelp) McGee. Bernadine was a devoted homemaker who also worked various administration positions that included Sarkas Tarzan, billing services, as well as Forest Quad. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, and traveling with her husband Bill. Bernadine is survived by her children, Randy Pardue and Kelly Spears; grandchildren, Shana (Tim Warner) Pardue and Lindy Spears; sister, Carol Farlee; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William “Bill” Pardue; son-in-law, Jim Spears; daughter-in-law, Naomi Pardue; and brothers, Dennis McGee and Dale McGee. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Allen Funeral Home and Crematory, 4155 S. Old State Road 37, Bloomington. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
