Delores Mae Eads, age 88 a lifelong resident of Bloomington passed away Thursday evening January 13, 2022 at her home. She was born on December 22, 1933 to Ralph R. Deckard and Ruby Delista Frye Deckard. Delores spent her professional career as a hairdresser and owned The Doll House Beauty Salon for years. She and her husband of nearly 63 years were longtime members of the New Horizon Church. She thoroughly enjoyed and cherished her time with her family and will be dearly missed. She leaves behind her children Teresa (Tim) White and Mark (Lori) Eads; ten grandchildren Heather Hernandez, Angela (Dayne) Goggins, Jenna (Jeremy) Ayres, Cristene (Mark) Smith, Brandon White, James (Jim) Eads, Cary (Trixie) Eads, Ernie (D’Lee) Eads, Chris Cliff, and Katie (Edward) Picou. She also leaves behind 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Midge was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ernie D. Eads in 2012, a daughter Carolyn Rose Eads, and 6 siblings. Allen Funeral Home and Crematory 4155 South Old State Road 37 is handling private family services and burial.
