John Clarence Krebbs Jr of Bloomington, IN. Born March 12, 1942 pass away peacefully at his residents with his children, grandkids and great grandkids at his bedside. Johnny took his last breath May 20, 2022 @11am. John was the son of John C Krebbs Sr. and Jesse "Doris" (Raper) Krebbs of Bloomington. John C Krebbs Jr attended Bloomington High School where he meant his soul mate. The love of his life. John worked for GM Detroit Allison's for 35 years. After retirement he worked as a delivery driver for a local company. John proceeded in death after his loving wife of 61 years, Clara C (Eller) Krebbs. His Parents John C Sr. and Jesse Doris (Raper) Krebbs. Two brothers William Krebbs and James Krebbs. Grandson Joshua S Owens. Many aunts and uncles. Survivors include, two sons John "David" (Michele) Krebbs, Daniel R Krebbs and one daughter Catherine J (Bowbie) Krebbs all from Bloomington, IN. He has six grandkids. John "Dustin" (Sara) Krebbs aka bub, Samantha R (Morris) Elkins aka Sam Girl, Desirae D (Josh) Hixson aka Deser, Kendra D (Codey) Morris aka Tenner, Danika R (Michael) Krebbs Owens aka Dan-O and Jacob R Krebbs aka Jaker. Let's not forget his many great Grandkids. Dillon, Riley and Hadley Elkins. Bryson and Brayden Morris. Elijah and Easton Strole. Karson and Jaxson Krebbs. Braylen Allen, Ryder and Skylar Houshour, Averi, John "Tate", Kase and Finnley Krebbs. Ava and Adalee Hixson. one sister Paulette Krebbs Walter's of Greenfield and one brother Michael (Vickie) Krebbs from Bloomington, and many nieces and nephews. Any one that knew John was lucky. He was a devoted Husband, Poppa (aka pops) grandpa, great grandpa, brother and friend. John had the love of racing. Started out with go carts, to stock car then finish his race career with Sprint. (Sprint care legend). John and his wife Clara enjoyed camping, fishing, boating, gambling boat and more gambling. He enjoyed working in his wood shop gardening dirt bike riding with his sons and friends. John was active member of the Moose Lodge of 50 years (lifer) and Active Legion, and the 33 Club. John and his son Was member of Bass Masters Association. But loved Family functions where the would play Texas hold em and corn hole. Pallbearers exclude John "Dustin" Krebbs, Jacob Ross Krebbs, Dillon Owen Elkins, Bryson Cole Morris. Brayden Chase Morris and Braylen Anthony Allen. Visitation at Allen's Funeral Home. Located at 4155 S Old State Road 37. Bloomington Indiana on Friday May 27, 2022. Friends and Family Visitation from 12 Noon to 2pm. Service to follow at 2pm with Rick Shimkus officiating. Then John with be layed to rest with his wife at Vallaha Memorial Garden located at 310 N Johnson Ave Bloomington, Indiana. In lieu of flower, Family requests donations be made to family. John requested a donation be made to a non-for- profit organization be made in memory of John C Krebbs Jr. John requested to add a special appreciation and thanks be send out to IU Hospice Charmaine Matavuli.
