Tony Walden Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Tony passed away on November 29, 2021 peacefully at his home. Tony was born September 19, 1964 in Monroe County. He was the son of his late parents Joseph and Kathleen Walden. Tony worked for the City of Bloomington Utilities for thirty years. He was a very dedicated and hard worker. He enjoyed joking around with his great sense of humor. You never knew what he might say next. He was very thoughtful and caring and loved spending his time with his dog Didley. He enjoyed watching all types of sports especially NASCAR. He loved singing and was always the life of the party. Tony’s infectious spirit, storytelling and listening skills are something every person he encountered will miss. Survivors include his wife, Stacy (Park) Walden, two step daughters Alexis (Ream) and Chris Ziegler of Taylorsville and Ariel (Ream) and Todd Capouch of Indianapolis, brothers Terry Walden/ Connie Axsom of Elletsville, Timmy and Denise Walden of Bloomfield and one sister Tammy (Walden) and Tim Walls of Bloomington, one son Anthony Walden, half brother Bryan Duke and half sister Darlene Edison, one niece, two grandchildren and many great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in his death by his parents and half brother Bruce Duke.
