Reginald L. Coffie, 29 of Bloomington, IN passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. He was born on February 7, 1993 in Chicago Illinois; to Teyaqua E. Davis and Reginald L. Coffie Sr. A Loving Son and Brother, loyal of a friend as a person could have, Lover of Jesus Christ, A beautiful soul who looked for Love and expressed love as the ultimate goal, gentle, loving and kind. Anyone who was Blessed to know him would say that Lil’ Reggie was calm and peaceful to talk to: no kinder human being could there have been. Many were amazed at this high intelligent and intellectual words of wisdom. He had a passion to cure mental illness through intensive research. He is survived by his mother, Teyaqua E. Davis, Father, Reginald L. Coffie Sr, Sisters Jael O. Davis, Zion L. Davis, Monique Coffie, Emani Coffee, and brother Keith Coffie. Grandmothers, Lola Thompson and Jesse Mae Coffie, Grand Father, Enouch Agnew, Uncles, Robert Davis and Major Davis, Aunts, Ozzetta Davis, Sharenda Davis, Rose Brooke, Carolyn Thompson, LaSaundra Coffie and Brenda Agnew, Host of cousins and nieces, God parents, Ruby and John Darring, Special Friends Elder Clarence and Anne Boone. He was preceded in Death by his grandmother Jacqueline Davis and Cousin Quya Bosia Davis. Reggie attended Bloomington North High School, Bloomington Indiana. He loved studying music and Research in Psychology of the mind. Produced music and performed in various concerts. He played basketball, soccer and wrestling. He directed choir at Templeton Elementary school. He loved singing and was very good at it. He worked various jobs. Reggie was a member of Light House Community Church. He was Baptized in Jesus Name and was filled with the Holy Spirit. He was the light in many lives and loved to hear the Pastors messages and the choir Songs. He will be greatly missed.
